Travel Disclosures

Important information about working with Dreamcatcher Travel, travel suppliers, bookings, compensation, and your responsibilities as a traveler.

Last updated: September 21, 2026

Travel Advisor Relationship

Dreamcatcher Travel provides travel planning and advisor services through Haley Melander, an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel.

Haley works with travelers to research, plan, and coordinate travel arrangements based on their preferences, needs, and budget. Travel products and services are provided by the applicable third-party travel suppliers rather than by Dreamcatcher Travel itself.

Fora Travel Affiliation

Dreamcatcher Travel operates in affiliation with Fora Travel, a host travel agency. Eligible travel reservations may be booked using Fora's agency credentials, supplier relationships, systems, and support.

Depending on the travel arrangements involved, additional terms, policies, or disclosures from Fora Travel and the applicable travel suppliers may apply to your booking.

Advisor Compensation

Dreamcatcher Travel does not currently charge a separate planning fee for its standard travel-planning services. Haley may receive compensation in the form of commissions associated with eligible travel products booked through her.

Commission eligibility and amounts vary by supplier and booking. For many commissionable reservations, the traveler pays the applicable travel supplier and the supplier later pays a commission through Fora Travel.

Not every travel product or service is commissionable. If Dreamcatcher Travel introduces a separate planning or service fee in the future, that fee will be disclosed to the traveler before it is charged.

Travel Suppliers

Hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, transportation providers, theme parks, activity providers, and other travel suppliers are independent third parties that provide and control their respective products and services.

Supplier terms may govern matters such as deposits, final payments, cancellations, changes, refunds, credits, baggage, check-in requirements, accommodations, amenities, and other aspects of your trip.

Prices and Availability

Travel prices, promotions, amenities, and availability may change until a reservation is confirmed. A quote or proposed itinerary does not guarantee that the quoted price or travel product will remain available.

Additional taxes, resort fees, destination fees, gratuities, transportation charges, baggage fees, or other costs may apply depending on the supplier and travel arrangements. Applicable charges known during the booking process will be communicated when reasonably available.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Cancellation, modification, refund, and credit policies vary by supplier and booking type. Some reservations may be refundable or changeable, while others may be partially or entirely nonrefundable.

Dreamcatcher Travel can assist clients in communicating with suppliers and navigating available options, but cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve a requested change, cancellation, refund, or credit outside the terms applicable to the booking.

Travel Insurance

Travelers should consider whether travel insurance is appropriate for their trip and circumstances. Depending on the policy selected, travel insurance may provide coverage for certain events involving cancellation, interruption, medical care, delays, baggage, or other covered losses.

Insurance policies contain their own terms, conditions, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and coverage limits. Coverage is determined by the insurance provider and the specific policy purchased. Travelers should review policy documents carefully and direct coverage questions to the applicable insurance provider.

Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all documents required for their trip, which may include valid passports, visas, identification, permits, or other travel documentation.

Entry, exit, health, vaccination, customs, and immigration requirements can vary according to destination, citizenship, residency, age, itinerary, and individual circumstances. These requirements may also change between booking and departure.

Travelers should verify current requirements through appropriate official government authorities before travel.

Accessibility, Dietary Needs, and Special Requests

Dreamcatcher Travel welcomes information about accessibility needs, dietary requirements, sensory considerations, mobility needs, and other circumstances that may affect your travel planning.

Haley can communicate requests to applicable suppliers and consider those needs when researching travel options. However, fulfillment of a special request ultimately depends on the supplier, destination, and services involved unless the supplier expressly confirms otherwise.

Traveler Information and Booking Review

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates of birth, contact information, and other information required for a reservation. Names should match the identification or travel documents that will be used for the trip when applicable.

Travelers should carefully review quotes, itineraries, confirmations, invoices, and other booking documents and promptly report any errors or discrepancies.

Travel Conditions and Disruptions

Travel can be affected by weather, transportation disruptions, supplier changes, government actions, health events, natural disasters, labor actions, and other circumstances outside the control of Dreamcatcher Travel. Haley may assist clients in navigating disruptions when possible, but cannot control the actions of suppliers, governments, transportation providers, or other third parties.
