You can come in with a detailed plan, a rough idea, or no destination at all. We'll start with what matters to you and build from there.
The Planning Process
Every vacation is different, so the exact details may change. But this gives you a clear picture of what working with Dreamcatcher Travel can look like.
Dream
We start with you. You'll complete a short travel intake so Haley can learn about your travelers, interests, approximate budget, dates, priorities, and the kind of experience you're hoping to have.
You don't need to know exactly where you want to go. A destination, a few ideas, or simply the feeling you want from the vacation is enough to begin.
Explore
Haley uses what you've shared to research possibilities and put together an initial direction for the trip, including destinations, dates, accommodations, experiences, or other major pieces that may fit.
This is where a big world of possibilities starts becoming a trip designed around your travelers.
Refine
You'll review the initial ideas and share what you love, what you don't, and what you'd like to change. Haley then adjusts the plan until the important pieces feel right.
Some clients want to be involved in every decision. Others would rather receive a few thoughtful options. The process can adapt to how involved you want to be.
Book
Once you're comfortable with the plan, Haley helps arrange the eligible travel components you've decided to book, such as accommodations, cruises, theme-park packages, and other supplier-bookable parts of the trip.
Instead of juggling reservations across a growing collection of tabs and confirmation emails, the major pieces begin coming together in one organized plan.
Personalize
With the foundation in place, we can turn our attention to the experiences that give the trip its personality—activities, dining, attractions, special interests, and other details that matter to your travelers.
The goal isn't to fill every available hour. It's to choose experiences worth making room for.
Prepare
As departure gets closer, Haley organizes the important trip information and helps make sure you have the details you'll want while traveling.
The goal is for you to leave feeling prepared rather than wondering whether you've forgotten something important.
Go
It's time to travel. Enjoy the experiences you've been planning, spend time with the people you came with, and let the itinerary support the vacation instead of controlling it.
If something comes up and you need travel-related assistance, Haley can help point you toward the appropriate next step.
Remember
After you return, Haley follows up to hear how everything went, what you loved, and which moments became the stories you'll keep telling.
With your permission, you may also have the opportunity to share a review or favorite travel memory with future Dreamcatcher travelers.
Working Together
Travel advising works best as a partnership. Haley can research, organize, recommend, and help coordinate many of the moving pieces, while you make the final decisions and handle the responsibilities that only the traveler can complete.
Haley Can Help With
Travelers Are Responsible For
Haley can help you understand what to look for, but travelers are ultimately responsible for confirming and meeting current entry, identification, health, documentation, and other official travel requirements.
Advisor Compensation
For many travel bookings, suppliers such as hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and vacation providers include a commission for a travel advisor as part of their business model.
When Haley books eligible travel through Dreamcatcher Travel and Fora, she may receive that supplier-paid commission after the client travels.
Dreamcatcher's Current Approach
Dreamcatcher Travel currently does not charge a separate planning or consultation fee for its standard travel-planning service. Compensation generally comes from commissions on eligible travel booked through Haley.
Not every part of every trip is commissionable, and supplier policies can vary. If a trip requires a different arrangement or a separate fee in the future, that would be communicated before moving forward.
The goal is simple:
Help you make thoughtful travel decisions and take some of the research, organization, and planning work off your plate.

You'll continue to Haley's secure Fora travel intake, where you'll share the basic information she needs to begin learning about your trip.
Haley reviews what you've shared and uses it as the starting point for the conversation, research, and planning that follow.
