Who is traveling
Names, ages, and who the trip is for. If you're traveling with children, their ages can make a big difference in the kinds of recommendations that make sense.
Start Planning
You don't need a finished itinerary, a perfect destination, or every detail figured out before you begin.
Start with what you know—who's traveling, what kind of experience you're hoping for, when you'd like to go, and anything that matters most to your family or travel group.
Before You Begin
You don't need perfect answers. The goal is simply to give Haley enough information to understand what kind of trip might be right for you.
Names, ages, and who the trip is for. If you're traveling with children, their ages can make a big difference in the kinds of recommendations that make sense.
Exact dates are helpful if you have them, but an approximate month, season, or travel window is enough to begin.
A destination is great, but it isn't required. You can also start with ideas like beach, theme parks, culture, food, relaxation, adventure, or time together.
A realistic budget range helps Haley research options that make sense instead of sending you ideas that aren't a good fit.
Favorite activities, must-do experiences, preferred pace, accessibility needs, dietary considerations, and anything else that could shape the trip.
Some travelers want to compare every option. Others would rather have Haley narrow things down. Either approach can work.
Not sure about some of these yet?
That's completely fine. Share what you know now, and Haley can help you work through the rest as the planning process develops.
Ready to Begin?
Dreamcatcher Travel uses Haley's Fora intake form to collect the basic trip information needed to begin planning.
When you continue, you'll leave the Dreamcatcher Travel website and open a secure form hosted by Fora.
Completing the intake starts the conversation. It does not mean your trip is already booked or that every detail needs to be finalized.
What Happens Next?
The intake gives Haley a starting point. From there, travel planning becomes a conversation rather than a form.
She'll look over what you shared so she can understand your travelers, priorities, ideas, dates, and the kind of trip you're considering.
If Haley needs more information, she'll follow up with questions. This is also your opportunity to share details that didn't fit neatly into the initial intake.
With a better understanding of what matters to you, Haley can begin researching and developing the first direction for your trip.
Dream. Pack. Go.
